Under no circumstances may a buyer bypass Smartea's authority by contacting external entities, such as the payment platform used by Smartea,
to alter transactions.
Buyers are required to act in good faith and contact Smartea directly before pursuing such actions. This approach often leads to better outcomes,
including Smartea being more willing to consider refunds without fear of unwarranted damage. To ensure a positive resolution, please contact Smartea
